Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
They are extremely rude; they yelled at me through the window while I was placing my order, and when I got to the window, I was ignored for several minutes—and to top it off, the food was cold.

Our family went in for breakfast on 6/14. We placed our order and it took about 20 minutes or so to bring out the food but we never complained, the cashier realized it took longer than expected and put in a request for a refund for us without being asked and I think that is top tier customer service! She was very sweet and on top of things.

Customer service has always been great but was amazing when it counts. The day right after my 5 year anniversary i was running late but made it there to Whataburger 1 minute before breakfast was ending to try and get 4 BOBs for my wifey who is pregnant with baby #3 and Mrs Rita & Jade were able to help me out in the nick of time.
For a last minute breakfast for the wifey & through excellent customer service, the food was cooked all the way & the staff even sends their congratulations. Atmosphere at this Whataburger location is always positive morning, day, & night.
I highly recommend for anyone who comes around this location to check it out🫡👍

How is the lobby closed of your restaurant that's open at other locations? And if I walked up to get food I'm told you can't take my order cause you don't take walkups. Someone can rob you in a car or by walking up so I don't understand the reasoning. It's okay to not want customers. Should post hours of your lobby on the doors as well.

Here’s a more detailed, polished version of your review that keeps your tone but adds clarity and depth:
I’ve always been a big fan of Whataburger, so I was glad to have one here in Leesville. Unfortunately, this particular location tends to fall short when it comes to service.
The biggest issue is the speed. Even during times that don’t seem especially busy, the wait can be longer than expected. On top of that, order accuracy can be hit or miss—simple requests are sometimes overlooked or prepared incorrectly, which adds to the frustration.
That said, it’s not all negative. The facility itself is consistently clean and appears to be well maintained, which I definitely appreciate. The dining area is usually in good shape, and overall it feels like management is taking care of the physical space.
Ultimately, my main complaints come down to the consistency of service—both in terms of speed and getting orders right. I’ll still come back because I enjoy Whataburger, but I do hope this location improves its execution to match the quality of the food.
