Just FYI i did drive through, and im still waitinf as a write this. 45 total minutes so far. service time is extremely slow. Whether you go through the drive through or go inside, the wait time is like ordering from a dine in restaurant, not a fast food spot. Anytime someone in my family wants it, I immediately try to convince them otherwise because of how long it takes. For the price I'd rather just go somewhere and sit. (The guy taking the orders in the drive through was amazing though, needs a promotion)

TL;DR: Food is good, service is atrociously slow. You will get whataburger food, at possibly the slowest pace imaginable. I pulled into the drive thru with two cars in front of us. It took about 5 minutes for them to get through, not super long or out of the norm. They told us to wait as we started to order, and we waited for about 10 minutes before asking them if we were good to order. We finally were, but ordering was a disaster and they couldn't hear anything. We finally got through ordering, which took way too long, and came around the corner to see the same two cars still waiting for their food. We waited another 30 minutes for our food. I had a double burger meal. I was actually considering just driving away after I paid because it was taking so long. Bottom line, it's whataburger food, but don't expect to arrive anytime soon.
