  Unfortunately due to late baseball practices and games with my son I frequent this restaurant more than 4 times weekly. On Monday May 4th at approx. 7:30pm I pulled into the drive thru I ordered the exact same meal I order every time: #7 medium, sweet tea, with ranch dipping sauce. Every time I order I check the bag because they usually half fill the medium fry and then throw it in the bag so you cant tell there's hardly any fries. so I check and of course there's my medium fry less than half full so I hand it back to them and say these fries are almost $4 fill it up, while he's doing that I begin to prepare the 10pc nugget for my son and noticed the box seems pretty lite, open the box there are 4 nuggets in the 10pc nugget box. this was done intentionally I'm sure unless the worker doesn't know the difference in the size of the box let alone the number 10 printed on it. On 24 April at approximately 8:30pm I pulled in and noticed the line wrapped around the building so I parked and went inside, 25 minutes before they took my order and another 20 minutes before it was ready and guess what? half filled fries and wrong dipping sauce. Got outside to my vehicle every person in the drive thru.... gone. Horrible management skills. You literally have to check your order before leaving the window every single time you go. Absolute worst McDonalds on the planet.

  I went in for lunch with my friend we ordered our food, I had McDouble no pickles or lettuce everything else. They gave me the wrong burger pickles and lettuce. So mine was completely wrong, my friend ordered a hot n spicy add cheese and large fry, they brought her cold fries and hamburger. There was like 10-12 people working today and they messed up not just 1 thing but 3. I wasn’t even going to wait just so happen my friend asked her fries to be fresh and her hot spicy not a burger she told the lady our stuff was wrong. Luckily a sweet girl I forgot her name come and got my burger and got it fixed. Just know I want eat there no more. I know it is simply sandwiches but dang I want it right.

  Their app says that they have the new drinks avaliable when I went to get it they said they didnt have them and I refreshed the app bc they said my app my have not updated and it still said they had it so I also check the other McDonald's on my app and theirs actually said that it was currently unavailable even on my husband's phone for this location it said they had the drinks. Very upset because it was an upcharge for the drinks bc we did the mobile ordering before coming here and they offered us just normal drinks nothing that would have been around the same price as the new drinks with the upcharge. And the lady at the back window wasn't very nice at all was kinda snappy when I asked if it was just 5he dirty Dr. Pepper they didnt have. ALSO fries arent even salted are cold and floppy very disappointing makes me never want to come to this location again. UPDATE- My whole order was wrong it was all made wrong and was missing items in my bag very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied. Everything was cold. Not a very polite crew either.

  We ordered thru the app and went in to pick it up. We had both ordered medium smoothies but my cup was not even half filled and his was about 2/3 filled. This isnt even the first time something like this has happened at this location and I get that it was lunch time and busy but I kinda want to actually ingest the food and drinks I paid for.
