I ordered 3 pizzas from here 1 pan cheese pizza, 1 pan bacon and pepperoni, and 1 thin crust chicken, jalapeno, and pineapple. I ordered at 4:55pm my email message said pickup in 8-18 minutes. I arrived at the store at 5:16 my email message said ready, the manager (Chris) came to window asked my name, couldnt find it, asked my number, he says your pizzas havent been started yet it would take an additional 15 minutes despite my email message saying pickup at 5:16. I said ok, and started the wait, 10 minutes in and a very nice young lady asked "Sir, can you pull around so I can help the customers coming in behind me, I said yes "but if my order was messed up theirs might be messed up too and would I be waiting additional time" she said no sir that wont happen. I pulled around, when I got to the window this time she said it just came out let me get it. She handed me my pizzas and I pulled into the parking lot to check them. They were wrong pineapple was on the cheese pizza and no pineapple was on the thin crust chicken. I parked and went in, flustered I walked in with the pizzas and Chris the worst manager on the planet asked me what was the issue. I opened the pizza and said you put the pineapple on the wrong pizza, no pineapple on the other pizza and the third pizza would be cold waiting on them to fix the other two. Chris's response was check in the system and proceed to tell me that I ordered pineapple on the cheese pizza, I said no sir I did not, you see I order the same thing every single time we get from here 1 pepperoni and bacon and 1 cheese because my 8 yr old son ONLY eats cheese pizza, the thin crust pizza is definately out of character for me to order but I ordered for my daughter who just drove 12 hrs from Fort Campbell whom I havent seen n a very long time, Chris's response was well congratulations but thats what it is, ITS NOT A STORE ISSUE, I said not a store issue? He said did you order on the APP I said no I DONT EVEN HAVE THE APP, I ORDERED ONLINE THROUGH THE WEB PAGE. He said thats the APP sir like I was an idiot or something. I said I need you to fix my order he said I can but it will take another HOUR, I said no man I cant wait another hour, you messed this up , you need to fix it. He said the only way to fix it was to delete the order and re-make it and that would put me at the end of the line another hour. Again I said my 8yr old WILL NOT EAT the pineapple. He said Im not going to stand here and argue with you Im not serving you ( so I jacked up your order live with it) I said no fix it or refund my money, Chris's response was WELL I WILL BE TAKING THESE THEN HAVE A NICE DAY, I said no I need a refund he chunked the three pizzas up on a rack and said 3-5 days Have a nice day, no receipt, no print out saying refund, no nothing. I said if thats the case then you should put on your website that if we mess your order up, we will remake after we service evryone else before you and if thats not satisfactory we will refund your money in 3-5 days. His response was I shouldnt have too, you should learn to READ your order before you finalize your order. If he were my employee he'd be looking for a job today. If you order from here, and they mess your order up, you will NOT be taken care of, you will not be RESPECTED, and you will not RECEIVE your money back in a timely manner. Garbage!!!
