- WUWavvy Unique6 days ago1.0Bad experience with Management.I ordered a 30 pc pack an hour prior before going for pick up. Nothing was made. I called and asked why my food wasn’t ready for pickup and the lady said whoever put in my order didn’t put it in and that a 30 pc pack isn’t allowed for takeout? I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said that the manager was the one who took my order and put me on hold for the 4th time. Common sense is for the manager to tell me a 30 pc pack isn’t allowed for takeout. I’ve ordered that quantity over the phone before and it’s been done. Clueless staff.

I asked if I could have the 2 dips that come with my 25 wings (feeds 3 people btw) and they said they would have to charge for the dip even after I tried to show them that my order comes with 2 sauces, they DID NOT CARE AT ALL. I was polite for the whole interaction and was never asking for a freebie, I just wanted the sauces that come with my order. This place is stingy and greedy and that’s how they train their workers and lose their customers. Hope the 2 sauces was worth losing a loyal customer.
