  I came to the Sportsbook Grill hoping for a quick meal, but the whole experience was a letdown. The burger was cold when it finally arrived, and it took a full hour to even get my food. By the time I received it, it wasn’t enjoyable anymore—it felt like it had been sitting for a long time. and for 1 burger is 22 dollars that is stupid I do not recommend I don’t mind waiting if the food is worth it, but waiting an hour for a cold burger that is 22 dollars is unacceptable. I won’t be back.

  Expect to wait over an hour. It’s about 20$ per person if you don’t get a drink.

  Great place to watch a game or fight. Did not try the food but the beer was cold and excellent service.

  TERRIBLE! Worst experience at a restaurant, ever. Waited 1 hour for to be greeted and get drinks... we tried to be patient and understanding. But after being in the restaurant industry for 10+ years in a major high volume, fast pace restaurant then looking around Sportsbook and getting the service we got and there being a half empty restaurant was insane. Manager walking around without a care in the world, servers allowing numerous tables to sit for 45 minutes+ without being greeted, extremely rude bartender and people begging for service all around. Also, I'm now sick from my food! That's why I'm writing this. Clearly issues in the kitchen and improper food storage as well. Not shocking! Clearly a management issue that's trickling down. Do better.

  Not the Best ,Customer service Very Low.We sat at the Bar. NO HELLO Bar tender comes "DO YOU WANT S DRINK?" IM like hello how are you today! The server was like "oh Hi!" Smh. We placed our order and i ask for it to GO! WE got the bill $3 Togo charger, We did order two drinks not to mention, We're staying at the casino Hotel...I also ask for raw onion for my sliders! She gave us a new bill she had Add $1 for the onion! LADY next to me ask for Ranch she said $1...ARE you KIDDING Me!! Thank God I wasn't charged for mustard 😅.NOT FRIENDLY. WE DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED..
