  The freaking worst time ever. Was there for almost two hours waited for them to answer the button and get my food. The excuse (we are busy and slow. The one on Nelson is faster) what I was told food was burnt and gave me the wrong order took forever to get the correct food back.I ordered a happy meal and didn’t get the happy meal bag or toy.

  I waited in the mobile order for over 30 minutes for one single milkshake. I called and asked and got no reply about it. I asked a worker about it and she just disappeared inside. I wasted time that could’ve been spent on doing other errands. Cars that came after me got their order and left all while I was stuck waiting. I was extremely disappointed and have never had such service before. This was supposed to be my birthday drink but I just gave up and left because I couldn’t waste more of my time. Super disappointed and won’t be coming to this location any time soon.

  Earlier today I came for just ONE drink. At first I didn’t complain because it looked like there was one carhop, so I waited….. but then another girl comes outside… then 5 minutes (maybe) after her the COOKS came outside I’m like ??? So I’m still waiting and then they all went inside , the carhop comes out and brings a order to another stall and I say ok I’m next.. but then EVERYBODY COMES OUTSIDE AGAIN.. the screen had already said my drink was on the way… so while yall were keekeeing outside I couldn’t get my drink??. So anyways after their little outside party I finally get my drunk . I give this Sonic chance after chance only because they are literally down the street from me but my golly?? I only get one drink and I have to wait every time. Not including the time I had to wait a HOUR for my food last week. And I only waited because I ordered ice cream but I had to reorder the ice cream because they kept melting and I got side tracked with my show.
