  Ordered a refresher and dr pepper. Refresher tasted like plain water, dr pepper was flat. Told management. Gave me another dr pepper and said "I mean the refresher is made with water. So what do you want me to do" and the new dr pepper was flat.

  Just went to Sonic and they said they would take our order in 5 minutes. No one ever came back to get our order so we buzzed back. They literally said "we aren't taking orders right now". Zero explanation!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

  out of cookie dough couldn’t give me a refund. The workers are so rude. Said it wasn’t their fault when it is their fault. Had to wait 30 minutes for two things. Woman also caught an attitude whenever I was explaining the situation. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to

  Sonic needs to do better. Took them 3 trips to get our order right. And then they served my onion rings looking like this. WTH Wish I could post a picture.
