  After pressing order button multiple times, only to be hung up on repeatedly our order was taken after 10 minutes. All around us other vehicles being told they weren't taking orders. Should have been a clue to just leave. Order two large ice cream desserts for $14 anticipating oreo crumbles blended throughout. Nope. Just ice cream with a mild dusting of oreo on top. Just close this location at this point.

  Arrived pressed the red button someone answered didn’t say anything then got off the speaker and then pushed it again, I had to speak to them before someone answered me. Ordered my food then realized it was cash only “no one said anything” the screen went back to normal and I pressed the button again and asked about my food only to be told there is 1 carhop during rush hour. I ended up leaving without food and 3 minutes to get back to work. Very unacceptable especially during a work week during lunch rush hour.

  The person taking the order was very rude. But the people who brings the orders out are very nice

  out of cookie dough couldn’t give me a refund. The workers are so rude. Said it wasn’t their fault when it is their fault. Had to wait 30 minutes for two things. Woman also caught an attitude whenever I was explaining the situation. Worst sonic I’ve ever been to
