  drinks have been terrible quality, either taste bad or completely wrong order. this place has gone down hill, it wasn’t like this a year ago

  I've been getting drinks from this place for the past year now. For the most part, besides occasional mistakes, the drinks were made right. I don't know what's happened this past month whether they just got new hires that don't care or new management, but everytime I get a drink from here, it's been absolutely disgusting. I'm specifically calling out a worker cause she lied to me, she was a black lady who lied and said they didn't have what I ordered. However, 5 minutes later, another worker brings out my order and said that the worker straight up lied to me. The drinks have been bitter, sour, or just outright wrong. They need to fire the people working on night shift.

  Don't order with app at this location. We were at a stall when we checked in. Welcome screen never came up. Looked at the app and it said we were at the wrong location. We quickly drove to the other location and one of the workers said we were at the right location, that google has the location addresses screwed up.

  This Sonic is near my work so I stop here often, mainly for a morning drink. 🥤 There is a car hop that is working almost every day that I stop in, her name is Angela. Angela is always smiling and full of positive energy. She always makes sure my order is correct while she is handing it to me. She never forgets to ask if there is anything else she can get me. I hope Sonic recognizes the amazing employee they have! God bless you Angela and I hope you continue to keep letting your light shine through!
