  Service is slow, and the staff is rude. I waited over 20 minutes for a single Coke. The only reason I stayed was because I had already paid with my card. If I had been paying cash, I would have left. Waiting that long for one drink is unacceptable, and the customer service didn’t make the experience any better. If I could leave negative stars I would.

  right now sonic is running a $7 meal combo and it’s great!! can’t get much cheaper and better than that

  Horrible staff went there a few days ago had a pick up order. Nobody brought my order out. Had to go to the other side so I could buzz in for somebody to bring my order. The girl keep click off the speaker. I had to keep buzzing back in. She stopped answering I stood out there for 40 minutes before a young man finally came out there and asked me what was going on and I’m telling him. I’m like I’m just trying to let y’all know to cancel my order since nobody can bring it out and I had no more time to wait. I’ve been here 40 minutes. I have to be to work. He said he was going to cancel the order and the order is still not get canceled behind unprofessional. Then went back gave them a second chance which I still didn’t receive my refund and they stopped serving food for two hours before they were closed What’s the point of y’all being open and yall not taking orders I didn’t ask y’all to be to work nor did I ask you to apply for the job .which they didn’t even say they were even taking orders. She asked me what I was trying to order didn’t ring it up and went off the speaker so I buzz back in to see what the problem she said they’re not taking orders right now after waiting 10 minutes they need a whole new staff because this is ridiculous

  Very rude when taking my order. I called back up and cancelled it. Didn’t seem bothered at all. 5/24 1815.
