    I order very often from sonic, sometimes through doordash (since I live kinda far) and sometimes in person. Prolly roughly 1-4 times a week. I order the exact same thing each time. The last 2 times I ordered delivery from there, my order has been royally screwed up. The first time, they claimed their grill wouldn't turn on. So all I received was our two fries, two burnt hard corn dogs, 2 drinks (slushes) made incorrectly. So the next day I went up there and the manager said, "oh I figured somebody would be up here pissed about their order... It really did break. We had to get maintenance to come fix it this morning." I didn't get mad at them. I was understanding. The next time I ordered delivery I received 2 triple sonic smashers (we always order them with sauce and cheese only), but they came with everything on them-- even crap that doesn't normally come on them (lettuce, tomato, onions), neither one of our large fries whatsoever and our slushes were messed up again (this time we received 2 Powerade regular drinks with strawberries instead of the lemonade slush with added Powerade and strawberries). I immediately reached out to the tot line and was told that since they couldn't find the order (since it was doordash) that I'd have to either go back up there and have it remade again or get the refund from doordash. Since I had previously had issues (when their grill was broke) with my sonic order they refused to refund it. I tried calling sonic on Gerstner and they don't have a working phone. Since my vehicle was acting up and I lived far, I wasnt able to get up there until the following week. I went up there and the manager was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE. She acted as if she did me a favor and remade our last order despite it being 100% their fault the first time too. Since my phone had just reset, I didn't have the receipt but I told her all the info from it and she refused to look it up for me. After her making some snarky comments, She said, you bring the receipt and I'll remake it. So I went back home and was able to retrieve the receipt, but since I live far, I couldn't make it back up there for 2 days. 2 days later I drove up there again, even with my car messed up, and that same manager refused to remake it even with my receipt. She was extremely rude once again and despite me showing her my receipt and all my previous receipts (showing her I frequent their often and spend a lot of money) she refused to remake it once again. I've never been treated with such disrespect and rude customer service in my life. I'll never eat at Sonic again. Y'all need to hire all new staff. Kitchen staff that won't forget how to make an order or put the food in the bag and management that don't have a rude entitled racist attitudes. EDIT: Thanks for the apology, but you also left absolutely no resolution to make this right or any way to get ahold of you either. Very convenient. If you're truly the owner, I'd maybe start with that considering an apology is just empty words and a resolution is actual effort towards owning a store you can be proud of. Just saying.

    Did online order brought it to me at 6:35 noticed one of the burgers was missing press the button tell the girl who happened to be the manager waited and waited nothing 35 minutes later I told the manager to credit my credit card and drove off
