  I would like to give a 5-star to two people at Saltgrass Steakhouse. First, I will start off with our waitress Jewel. She was very friendly, always had a smile. Her voice was very calm, and her tone very passive. She kept up with us even while being busy with other tables. She took her time to ensure we had everything we wanted and was prompt in bring it out to us. Our appetitizes were hot and delicious. Second is the cook James. Although, we didnt get to meet him, he knows how to cook a steak to perfection. My husband was very satisfied with his skills cooking the steak how he ordered it. The asparagus was fresh and cooked to his like. For my husband that is always hard to find, but James nailed it. This will be our go to place from now on. What a great date night. Thank you Jewel and James.

  The food was great...steaks cooked perfectly, sides were good as well. KAYLEE, was our server. She was amazing!! Attentive and friendly. A very mature and hard working young lady. We asked for the manager so we could rave about Kaylee. The manager, Ashley, was very pleasant and so happy she was called over to a table to receive compliments instead of a complaint. I was observing all the staff and it seemed that they were all very professional and hard working. Kudos to management for proper training.

  We walked in at 3:20pm on a Sunday and we're told they were between shifts and had no wait staff so we could sit at the bar. The bartender told us we could sit but if we wanted food, we would just have to be patient as she was swamped. I think Saltgrass needs to ensure they have shift overlaps...something basic that all restaurants should cover. We love to gamble at the Golden Nugget, but the restaurants are struggling. We are headed to Steamboat Bill's now. Tillman, I hope you can get some attention on this before you lose more customers.

  I’m presidential member and I just got food to go, and of course just like the queso Frisco that I ordered didn’t have the brisket in it.. I’m definitely am so upset…not only did they didn’t get that right, I’m loosing a few sides that we were supposed to get..I’m not about giving bad reviews but I just spent $250 and why in the heck can I not get my order right? I’m definitely going tomorrow and yall definitely

  My husband and I were guests at the Golden Nugget. We went to Saltgrass for a late dinner. Our server was Tim. He was the most awesome person. We were the last customers for the evening, but we felt so good in his presence because He didn't rush the process. In fact he advised us to take our time read the menu and ask questions if needed. He knew the menu , offered us suggestions, and truly gave us such amazing service with a smile.He is truly an asset to Saltgrass and we will certainly visit the restaurant again. Thanks Tim.
