  The girl took my order wrong and never returned to the intercom to fix it. Never got my food as I had to rush back to work. Very mad about this.

  I did not order any food, although I probably would have if the lobby and bathrooms had been clean. The restaurant was not busy. There were only a few cars in the drive-thru, the lobby was nearly empty, and the restaurant appeared to be fully staffed. There were approximately four employees working on the grill and several others handling the drive-thru. Despite having plenty of staff and very few customers, the trash cans in both the lobby and the men’s restroom were overflowing. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. I have emailed the local corporate office several times about this location, but no corrective action appears to have been taken. Unfortunately, I only took photos of the men’s restroom and did not photograph the lobby.

  First off when you run out of something you notify the customer that ordered that item not ignore them like yall did me. Secondly as a manager you shouldnt be throwing your headset across the room where everyone can see. You step in to your management role and fill the damn shoes you are missing. Third of all sweep yalls floors more often. 10am the floor shouldnt look like someone spilt a tub of bread crumbs.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me that they are switching to breakfast (mind you I showed up at 10, they stop serving breakfast at 10:30). they are slow, inconsiderate & do not care about customers.
