  We’re Landry's Select Club members. Sadly to say, this location served the least impressive seafood we’ve had. Service was slow. After a 30-minute wait, Char-Grilled Oysters finally arrived. Strangely, they were overcooked yet only lukewarm. As shown in the picture, five of the six oysters had shrunk significantly, with only one remaining normal size. Snapper Pontchartrain was equally disappointing. Fish was mushy, and shrimp didn’t taste fresh. At that point, we just wanted to finish the meal and leave.

  Absolutely spectacular service. It's a noisy restaurant but not unexpected for being part of a casino. The food was delicious and the menu is full of local fish.

  Nikki was an awesome waitress. She smiled and laughed the entire time she brought tequested items and make sure food was hot. She answered all questions asked and offer recommendations to certain foods when prompt.

  Our waiter, Trent, was very professional and on point. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant which I enjoyed. We came in just after a big group of conference people but we didn’t have to wait too long. Charbroiled oysters— rubbery, barely any cheese and not sure if there was any butter or garlic. Flavorless. Creole gumbo - the broth, okra and tomatoes were good. But the shrimp was slimy in a weird way Flounder - my husband enjoyed it

  I had a frustrating experience here. I called at 11:11 to place a to go order, and the person who answered the phone was dry, rude, and unfriendly. I was told they do not take to go orders over the phone, that they do not open until 12, and that the only way to order was to come in after 12 and place the order in person. I understood that, but the way it was communicated was rude, and then it was repeated again in the same dismissive tone. To make matters worse, there were only 2 people ordering, everything was paid on the same ticket, and yet the restaurant charged $2.50 four separate times for the to go items, adding $10 in extra fees. After already making the ordering process inconvenient, those added charges made the experience even more frustrating. Good customer service matters, and this did not feel welcoming or professional at all.
