  First time dining at this location. Will NEVER be back. Had reservations and the still took almost an hour to get our food. Sever was hardly around. Asked for a manager and he was NO help. Just stated they had a private event next door and he would talk to the kitchen. That's it?!?! Ok, wow. Dinner for 2 was still ove $120. Next time we'll just stick to Vic & Anthony's. At least their prices match their service. Ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! And it's hot in their because of the outdoor seating. Every time they open the door, the temperature rises 20 degrees. This place sucks

  Excellent service! Jax was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food came out quickly, our drinks were always refilled, and he had a great attitude throughout the meal. He made our dining experience enjoyable, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for him if you get the chance!

  Food was pricey for what it was, but was well prepared and tasty. Mixed seafood grill was delicious, and red beans and rice didn't even need Tabasco, as they already had a bit of spice to them. Caleb was an excellent server, with wine suggestions at the ready. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of at all times. Will definitely be back next time we're at Golden Nugget.

  absolutely horrible experience that ruined our 33 anniversary dinner ! said they ran out of their soup and had to make more “from the mix” after waiting for a long time ,, the waiter returned and said all of our food would be coming out at one time , appetizers, soups , salads, entrees! the “manager” chris (who refused to give us his name or business card” seemed bothered at our “situation “ no apologies, We just wanted a nice anniversary dinner! we said we would pay for our drinks (that just arrived) he said “i’ll go get your bill” my wife and I got up and left. the level of rudeness is unbelievable Please eat elsewhere!

  Had a late dinner at Landry’s restaurant inside of the Golden Nugget Casino. Their service is much better than the local area's, so including Texas. My server/ waitress was Jasmine. Polite, friendly, very smiley and professional. She place the order just as I has stated and I had a big order, I believe I spent $165.79. She remember everything I said. That why I always visit this location. I live in Texas and have been to several Landry’s: one in the Woodland and the other in Katy. I’ve never been back either. Bad management and poor service. Jasmine said she had been working there a little under two years but you can see she was there to do a job and a great job she did. She didn’t interrupt me much, she checked on me but didn’t annoy me with it. Young college student with much potential. It’s workers like Jasmine that make the drive from Houston, TX to Lake Charles, La worth the drive. Regards Darvin Badger
