  Two visits in a row now steak was undercooked (ordered medium plus and it came out blue). The waiter asked how everything was and when we told him he just ignored it and did nothing to try and fix it and just walked away. The other visit we didnt even get our bread and the sides were cold, not even warm. They took them back and brought more and theynwere still cold. For the prices and atmosphere you want a good experience and it was a huge disappointment both visits. This used to be our favorite restaurant to go eat and we may not go back at all now.

  Love having dinner at Ember. The staff is always friendly, going above and beyond to make the experience great. The food is always on point and excellent.

  The Lobster Bisque, Lobster Tail and truffle Mac and cheese were absolutely superb. The only small thing that was a disappointment was the foie gras, which I have had numerous times before while dining here, however last night it was a very much smaller portion than usual and the bread was burnt on the edges. Other than this I would still definitely recommend this establishment for an excellent dining experience.

  Families with young children: READ. Ember Grille & Wine Bar delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Our waitor Frey was outstanding. We ordered the Wagyu filet, Wagyu ribeye, king crab, truffle mac and cheese, and the burnt ends pork belly appetizer, and every dish was outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, the king crab was fresh and delicious, and the truffle mac and cheese was rich and indulgent. The burnt ends pork belly was the perfect way to start the meal—tender, flavorful, and memorable. The service was attentive without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere made for a wonderful evening out. One thing I want to mention for families with young children: the women’s restroom was very clean and well-maintained, but it does not have a baby changing station. I ended up having to change my baby on the floor using a small travel changing mat. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something parents may want to know before visiting. Overall, the food and experience were phenomenal, and we would definitely return.

  The steak seemed to be of good quality, but was under salted. All of the food was, actually. Our server was pleasant enough, but they were understaffed and service was slow. At the end of the meal we had to wait 10 minutes for her to finish talking with the hostess in order to get our check. Any of this would’ve been tolerable at a lower price point, but for $100+ per person Ember Grille and Wine Bar falls well below expectations. Similarly priced restaurants out class them in every category.
