  This place was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed ourselves and our waiter was excellent. I had their catch of the day which was a grilled halibut. My wife had the stuffed chicken. Amazingly prepared and very tender. I also got the Call me a Cab wine flight, Boss. This was the perfect place to enjoy our anniversary and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

  The steaks are fantastic but the host treated me unacceptably. I called in advance to confirm I would be able to be seated and Brooklyn told me that I can find a seat at the bar if I arrive prior to 9. I arrived at 8:55pm and Brooklyn scoffed at me and said go see what you can find. Then, the general manager approached me and accused me of cursing at Brooklyn on the phone. That did NOT happen. I was very respectful and calm, and the call lasted under 2 minutes according to my call log. I asked the general manager of the entire restaurant to stop talking to me so aggressively, and her response was “I believe my staff.” Her staff lied, she was aggressive, and since she is the manager, I think it should be documented here since there’s nowhere else to complain.

  We enjoyed a delicious and romantic dinner. Our waiter, Ricky, took excellent care of us by answering all of our questions, providing recommendations and knowing what we needed before we asked. The pork belly appetizer was well prepared, flavorful and had a great presentation. The basket of rolls and jalapeño cornbread muffins were served warm. The house salad was very fresh and tasty and big enough for us to share. Our steaks, NY strip and filet, were delicious and prepared perfectly. We also shared a huge loaded baked potato. The only disappointment was they were out of Jordan Cabernet, but we enjoyed a bottle of Duckhorn instead, which was very good. Will definitely return. Highly recommend!

  The food was so so disappointing, the steak had no flavor, dry, poor quality meat. The Brussel sprouts were disgusting (dry, burnt, no flavor). The loaded mashed potatoes had a weird aftertaste. The shrimp and bacon appetizer were hard bacon overcooked. OUTBACK AND LONGHORN HAVE BETTER FOOD. SO, SO, SO DISAPPOINTED 🤢

  Simon was IN-CRE-DIBLE! He really made our entire experience fantastic. He was able to make fantastic suggestions for our meal and drinks, all of which was amazing. We always ask for Simon when we dine with Ember and he is truly an asset to the establishment. I look forward to celebrating many of our important milestones dining at Ember and look forward to having Simon as our server. Keep up the amazing work!
