Usually like Dutch Bros. Went tonight. Was only car in line. The guy and girl flirting might have gotten my order right if they hadn’t been flirting the whole time. Disappointed. I’d understand a mistake if the line was backed up around the building and multiple orders on tap.

I was waited on by Ayden and he was extremely nice and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and help me pick exactly what I wanted. I asked for the manager to let her know how amazing he was and got the sweetest lady ever! Her name was Shanti and she was so sweet and kind. I would highly recommend Dutch Bros do anyone and everyone because the service was absolutely exceptional!!

Growing up in Oregon I was so excited Lake Charles was getting a Dutch Bros. The drinks are okay. But the atmosphere is so disappointing from what the original Dutch Bros were about. The one in Lake Charles feels like is just about making a profit. The cool, fun, broista energy that made Dutch Bros unique in the first place doesn’t mix well with the southern hostility from the LC baristas. I’m going to stick with Dunkin from now on.

I love Dutch bros and decided to come here instead of 7 brew on Labor Day. The line was long, which was to be expected, however you could tell they did not have enough staff for the amount of people that were coming through. To wait 30+ minutes for 2 medium drinks is a little ridiculous. Additionally, the zipper method of ordering was not utilized efficiently as we were in line and had 3 cars that got here after us order before us. Please do better Dutch Bros.
