- VRVeronica RayDec 2, 20251.0I ordered delivery, when the pizza got here is was burnt. So I called them asking how could you put a burnt pizza in a box out for delivery. I was informed they were busy that I couldn’t get another one but she would give me a credit. Yeah I got a credit alright. Woke up with another charge on my debit card this morning. Last night order was $30 and this morning another $44 was taken out.
- JBJake BOct 3, 20221.0We ordered a pizza and some wings, and tried to order a sandwich. They called us to let us know they were out of sandwich bread. Which is fine, but we told them we were on our way to get our order, and when we arrived they told us it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes, even though the "estimated time" was well past. They could've gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they were super busy so we didn't drive all the way there from Westlake only to be disappointed. Also, we asked if they could bend the rules a bit in spite of this unfortunate situation and deliver to us in Westlake, which is only about 8 minutes away from our house, but again we were met with more disappointment. Extremely poor customer service and very inconsiderate.
