However, during a recent drive-thru visit, I ordered the honey barbecue chicken tenders and encountered an issue with the cashier's demeanor. I was attempting to clarify my order, specifically regarding the inclusion of a beverage, as I understand it is not automatically part of the meal. The cashier's approach was, in my opinion, unprofessional. Consequently, I opted to place my order online and had my son collect it from the dining room.
- LJLogan JohneseApr 26, 20261.0The chicken was hard as a rock U could not pull the bread apart to eat it The fries was gummy The service was terrible they set there looking at us for 10 mins before they even said hello another 5 minutes before they actually came to the register no they was not busy we was only customer Tables was sticky LITERALLY EVERYONE WAS SITTING DOWN NOT WORKING AND THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE one person said hello but they only said it after the 15 mins of just standing there I hope y'all get shut down and everyone gets fired

We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and then when they finally did acknowledge us they looked at us like “what do you want?” The floors were disgusting and the smell inside was gross. The ice cream was good but definitely won’t be heading back for a while. Hopefully they clean this location up and take pride in where they work.
