  Right upfront here: our actual server was very good. That's where good stopped on todays visit. We eat here often, and have encountered today's hostess on many occasions. She is never actually friendly, but thats ok. Today, she definitely brought her attitude to work with her. We were seated in the Cadillac Grill area, which is fine, except we were "assigned" an undesirable split top table next to a column, when there were 3 nice window tables open, literally within a few steps away. We were given the choice of another table, but there was a sizeable amount of food on the floor underneath and we declined in favor of the column-side split top table. The hostess, with an attitude (as usual), refused to seat us at a window table because she had just seated that server (a few steps away). We didnt really care about the mechanics of filling a servers area especially when its a few steps were talking about. They sat the window table literally next, but by another hostess. The food: Husband said his omelet was good although smaller than usual. I forgot to order shell eggs thus received scrambled eggs poured out of a carton- the default eggs- basically room temp rubber eggs. Yuck. The bacon was super soaked in grease. Hash browns had a slight frozen taste. The sourdough toast was fine. The coffee was good. $17+ for the plate. We'll probably be back because its the only breakfast restaurant in the casino, unless you count Starbucks which we do not.

  If I could give 0 stars I would customer service is horrible no one is ever in the front you have to wait 6/10 minutes just to order then you leave and come back to pick your order up and it’s back to the original wait no one is ever in the front to help you almost have to knock on the kitchen door to get help !!!!!! and I hope you don’t need anything else besides food because as soon as you ask for napkins or condiments and they go to the back and never return with nothing you asked for ……This place has 0 customer service skills I do not recommend claim Jumper !!!!! go to lebruage it’s much better service !!!

  Between the food and the service everything was great. Especially the burgers! When you go asked for Zoe she was very attentive and sweet. I will definitely be back:)

  We had the very best server Mya we enjoyed our breakfast time she was so kind and helpful with checking all our points to pay I truly can't wait for our next trip here do hope she is still here ❤️
