  They need to replace the staff that was on Monday and Tuesday this week, waiter and hostess. I waited for a table for over an hr and half, plenty of tables by the window. The hostess not even a good morning which is fine but she was rude and no update on status. Then she whispered to the waiter if he wanted to take our table. Been coming to the Golden Nugget for almost 20 years, worst experience ever. She looked like she was hung over and didn't wanna work. Breakfast was excellent.

  This restaurant has terrible service; I had the worst experience of my life here. They made me wait an hour and twenty minutes, and even when I complained, they told me it would take another 25 to 30 minutes. They are short-staffed and falling behind with other customers, yet they don't even offer something to eat while people wait. Simply put, I do not recommend this place due to the poor attention and bad service.

  Horrible customer service. After ordering 4 dinners, the waitress wanted to charge me $2.50 for a cups of water. After asking for manager. The assistant general manager named Chris also said it was charged only because I was eating on the to go side of restaurant and even though I had ordered $100 dollars in food. That is horrible experience. Will never eat here again. They should not treat their customers this way. I had 3 little girls with me and if I had known this, I would have never ordered here. I will file a complain with corporate and hope the management is paying attention to how bad they treat customers.

  Prices for BLT has doubled from $9 to $19 with the economy I can understand but the smaller portion was the final straw for me! They used to fill the whole bag with fries now less than a third of the bag was fries. I will never eat here again in fact if you travel here eat with the locals and get more value for your dollar!

  This is a very nice restaurant inside the Golden Nugget Casino with good menu selections. Large portions served. Our waitress, Lashay provided outstanding service. She was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. The vibe in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed. This is a great place to eat or just have drinks. We enjoyed our lunch. I would recommend this place for any meal.
