  Absolutely terrible. Went to pick up my take out order at 7:30pm might I add the ready time was 7:20pm. After asking several times every couple of minutes where is my order they keep telling me a couple minutes a couple minutes. I am finally leaving with my order at 8:08pm and it was in their warm box the whole time. Good job on hiring your staff. Update at 8:23pm back at the hotel and have lovely cold stale food so get your warmers fixed as well as some new staff.

  Had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Latty! The service was on point from start to finish—very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. You can tell they really care about the customers. Definitely made our visit better. We’ll be back for sure!

  I ordered the bottomless apps and only got mozzarella sticks and chips and salsa. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they'd been frozen for too long and were no longer good. The chips were very salty and the salsa underwhelming. I also ordered the nachos as a main and they were absolutely disgusting. There were visible patches of salt - they sure do love salt here. I had an emergency and asked for the food to go - and that was before it even hit the table - and it was completely cold in the box. The food runners had absolutely no emotion when bringing the food to the table, only nodding when thanked. Our server was sweet, otherwise, but the food was reprehensible.

  I normally hate going to Buffalo Wild Wings bc the food kind of sucks and the food is subpar but Khyler server our group of five tn and he was exactly what yall needed, he did a great job great service 10/10!

  When we arrived(1:30 Sat), it was not busy. Maybe 1/4 of the restaurant was full. The server we had was awesome. Great attitude, helpful, friendly. We placed our order within 5 min of arriving. It took close to 40 min. to get our wings. The wings were way overcooked and dry. Granted i did have a dry rub. But I've made way better wings out of my airfryer for cheaper then they charge for overcooked, and dry wings. I hate to imagine how long it would take to get our food if it was packed in there.
