  The place has beautiful view and a great beach area for the kids to play! But the service....horrible...actually it was just one guy In particular. The bartender was no where to be found and after about a 5-10 minute wait he came from the back grumpy and agitated. He did not greet me, he just past out menus to the other guest while rolling his eyes. Very unprofessional, and unhygienic if I might add. I understand that working on a Saturday for Pennies and nickels can be frustrating and depressing but it's the job you signed up for. I kindly walked away and continue enjoying the view, while he loud talked at the bar with pit stains under his arms. The view: YES! the staff: 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT Recommend!

  RUSTY (the bartender) delivered excellent service. He displayed a sense of professionalism, confidence, and guinuine love for his job in a way that made him feel like family. He made our experience at Bill's the highlight of our wonderful stay at the Golden Nugget. My husband and I hope to see him every time we visit this great establishment.

  Four families and a lot of kids popped into this bar and were served quickly and with a smile! Kids played volleyball while the adults ate and had cocktails. Rusty was patient and hospitable with our big group! The view was amazing as well!

  We popped in here for some fresh air and a drink. Rusty was our server and he was absolutely delightful. We were just going to have one round and leave, but he was so hospitable and welcoming. We wound up staying for some nachos and a couple rounds. The nachos were massive for the price! We'll definitely be back to see Rusty and have a drink on the water next time we're in Lake Charles :)

  THE SERVICE HERE IS REALLY BAD THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS HERE ARE TOO DOME!! THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE IN KINDER GARDEN NOT A RESTAURANT DONT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE TO WAIT LONG TIME , EVEN WHEN THERE ARE NOT A CUSTOMERS, THEY TAKE THEIR TIME.. MOT&÷>#**@*
