  The service is always friendly and helpful when I don’t know what I want to get. Their recommendations are always spot on! I’m not a huge coffee drinker and don’t know much about coffee. I told them that and they started asking what flavors I liked and if I wanted sweet or not. Once they “21 questioned” me it resulted in the exact drink I was craving!

  Enjoy just being able to give my phone number and they know what I had last time and I dont have to try and remember what I ordered! Very excellent customer service. Ordered and received my coffees very fast. The barista was jamming and singing to the music which shows that she is enjoying her job and I love that for her! Happy barista = great coffee!

  They had a sale today 2 medium drinks for $9 and the quality was very very poor. I ordered 2 flavored lattes without whole milk and the drinks I got was basically 2 cups of hot whole milk with a hint of coffee and no flavors or at least not strong enough to notice that it had a flavor. It might be better to go when there is not a sale and pay full price to get what you pay for: an actual cup of good coffee. I gave gone to this location before and paid full price and got better coffee but it isn’t professional to serve hot whole milk as a latte because it’s discounted. I don’t recommend coming in days that have promotions

  Coffee is really good but "managers" should learn how to talk to their employees/coworkers in front of guests. Passive aggressive micromanaging isn't a good look. I rarely see the same workers there twice, and I go often. Maybe that's why theres a high turnover rate? Unsure.

  Everyone is always so sweet. Of course I have favorites just like everyone does lol. I love trying all the new drinks and yall almost have everything ! It’s all great I rarely get ones I don’t like! And I enjoy how everyone offers to help you decide.
