  Let me start by saying Wingstop is my favorite restaurant, but the Lafayette location is hands down the worst establishment I’ve ever visited. I’ve given this place chance after chance — at least 5 different visits before even deciding to leave a review — and every experience has been disappointing. At this point, I literally have to go to Wingstop in other cities or even other states just to actually enjoy the food. First off, the customer service is terrible. Every time I go, it’s the same guy taking orders with absolutely no personality, no urgency, and no customer service skills whatsoever. It honestly feels like customers are bothering him just by being there. Now let’s talk about the food. I order the same thing every visit, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. This is the only Wingstop where the wings consistently come out tasting old, overcooked, and dried out like cracklings. Fresh wings should NEVER be that hard and dry — especially EVERY single time. The last two times I tried giving them another chance and requested replacements, it was always some kind of excuse or unnecessary hassle. Last night was the final straw. I waited 45 minutes just to get food that was overcooked, wrong, and honestly inedible. I ended up throwing the entire meal away. This was officially my last visit. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.   If you say you close at 1am that means you take orders until 1am not midnight. If you want to stop taking orders at midnight then close at midnight.

  I have ALWAYS loved these fries. The best fries in Lafayette. Unfortunately, a recent change has been made that completely ruined them. The texture is wrong, the seasoning is wrong, they're just...wrong. The sweet girl behind the counter did everything she could to help, bringing me a new set of fresh fries with extra seasoning, but unfortunately it just is...wrong. Idk if this was a corporate decision or a local one, but I would very much like my fries back. Everything else was on game as usual.

  Had to run behind them for 3 over weeks for a refund and they kept hanging up in my face and threatened to report my phone number to the police so I had to dispute the charge. Some were really nice some were really rude but overall, it’s unprofessional.
