  So the order taker was not very nice and short when ordering. The person at the window was not friendly. Ok is whatever. But I ordered the luxe box, ya know, the one with the triple crunchwrap, the doritos taco and so forth. Be careful bc it's charging you for triple but giving you just regular crunch wrap Like one layer! And then just a regular taco not the dorito taco the cinnamon twist was the bottom of the barrel no twist to them it was like little pieces. Was going through reviews and no one from corporate or franchise owners ever respond to the reviews? Do they just not give a shit?

  It’s the fact that I had a long day at work and been wanting tacos for weeks, and go to get me some food that was messed up on and something completely different I didn’t order! But instead of giving me food, I didn’t order you give me hard and cold food at that‼️ worst Taco Bell I ever been to😑

  The staff obviously did not know I was waiting in the lobby, due to the foul language the kitchen staff was using. Very unprofessional. To top it off, how do you expect your staff to wash hands without soap in the restroom.
