  Food cold service rude made an online order pull up like it tells me it says food done and will be out shortly 30 minutes later no food click buzzer lady rudely answered drive thru only and again I press buttong again instead of asking what I need or she should have known that my order was a mobile order she could have talked to me but again rudely answered drive thru only and after that kept refusing the button when id press it dont tell online orders to go to a,stall if they gonna get this kind of service

  Every time I go here it takes an hour. The last time I came here I wanted an ice cream nothing else and the machine was broken which they waited an hour to tell me. Save your sanity and go somewhere else

  Y'all may as well close this location down ...they have multiple workers inside (5) to be exact but you can only order drive thru which is moving slower than a sloth , there is an employee playing on her phone clearly through the window , we have been sitting here literally for 20 plus minutes and still ain't moved one up one car ....if y'all wondering why y'all are loosing business this may be why .... I work in retail and have worked in a fast food environment and this is truly unacceptable in a managers point of view
