  It seems to be every single time me or my boyfriend visit this sonic location and get either raw food or service is terrible. Ice cream is more than always melted by the time we get it. Asking for sauce and not even getting the correct sauce. Then paying 0.15 cents for a sauce and still not getting any at all.

  Paid for my order ahead on mobile. was charged 18$. When i got the order it was two completely different sides and no where near the cost of my actual order. This is the 2nd time they've completely messed up an order and there is no way to dispute.

  At the end of a long work day, stopped in for a quick meal and shake, all 3 drinks of my order was wrong. The tea was supposed to be a route 44 sweet tea with Peach and was a small and not sweet tea or peach. Both shakes tasted like spoiled milk and once whip cream was stirred could smell it. Almost like it had been pre made and sitting for a while. Confronted the server and she tried to be nice but had an attitude.once brought all 3 drinks back the shakes were right but route 44 was neither tea or peach.. it was ocean water. The food 1 burger was made right the other forgot cheese, after being charged for it to be added to the chicken fried steak burger. The tots were so soggy, and cold almost like they been sitting for several hours

  I don’t think they like mobile orders. Kinda rude customer service too. And I loved this location 😢
