  Frequently losing your order. Frequently getting it wrong, and on more than one occasion they stated I already picked it up after I had been waiting 25 minutes or more.

  I went through the drive thru, payed with a 20$ bill for a 3$ ice cream, the person in the drive through closed the door on me and did not give me my change; I called back later just for them to not answer while also leaving a voice mail and getting no response back.

  Just had the worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic and I go to Sonic almost every day at another location. Placed an order for 2 Route 44 Diet Cokes on the app. Drove to this location and checked in at a mobile stall. Waited 20 minutes without getting my order. Tried to call the store and got no answer. Moved to a stall with a menu board. Took another 8 minutes to get an answer at the menu board and when I explained that we had not received the order I had already paid for, (and I was not rude) the employee simply clicked off the board. My passenger finally got out of the vehicle and stopped one of the car hops and asked about our order. He was not rude to her. She went back inside and picked up our drinks from the counter where they had apparently been sitting for 40 minutes because much of the ice had melted. Attempted to contact the manager listed on the receipt and could not reach him. Attempted to contact the “support” number for Sonic, and after holding for 10 minutes, the line went dead. The location where this took place was busy, but not overly so. They don’t have a drive through and many of the stalls were empty. I saw at least 3 car hops, but I saw a few other people leaving because they could not get anyone to answer the stalls. Our entire order was 2 drinks! Terrible service!

  Unfortunately, this is the closest Sonic to us, but it has consistently been a disappointing experience. If I can avoid coming after 5:00 p.m., I do. The wait time is almost always 15+ minutes for just two drinks. If you add food, expect to wait 30 minutes or more. On top of that, the ordering and payment machines are frequently broken or turned off, so you often can't see your order or pay at the stall. When the machines aren't working, they ask to take your card inside, which I'm not comfortable with, and even then you're left waiting another 15 minutes just to get your card back. This location has had the same issues for a long time, and it doesn't seem like anything is improving. Whether it's a staffing problem or a management problem, something needs to change. They either need to properly staff and maintain this location or seriously reconsider whether it should remain open in its current state.
