  Unfortunately, this is the closest Sonic to us, but it has consistently been a disappointing experience. If I can avoid coming after 5:00 p.m., I do. The wait time is almost always 15+ minutes for just two drinks. If you add food, expect to wait 30 minutes or more. On top of that, the ordering and payment machines are frequently broken or turned off, so you often can't see your order or pay at the stall. When the machines aren't working, they ask to take your card inside, which I'm not comfortable with, and even then you're left waiting another 15 minutes just to get your card back. This location has had the same issues for a long time, and it doesn't seem like anything is improving. Whether it's a staffing problem or a management problem, something needs to change. They either need to properly staff and maintain this location or seriously reconsider whether it should remain open in its current state.

  I really enjoy coming to this place. All of the screens work perfectly, and the sound quality is excellent, making the overall experience even better. They also offer tap-to-pay, which is very convenient, especially for those of us who usually pay with our phones. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service. I definitely recommend the banana shake. It was really good!

  The kids meal was fine thankfully. The ocean water was awful however.
