I ordered online for pickup on a Tuesday night. When I arrived, I sat at an empty bar for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Once I was greeted, I explained that I was there to pick up an order, but I wasn’t offered a drink or even a glass of water while I waited.
My food was brought out a little later, and I was told they had run out of to-go utensils. Thankfully, I was in town on business and my hotel had me covered.
That said, the food itself was still warm when I got back to my hotel and was very good. I have no complaints about the food at all.
Overall, the experience would have been much better with more attentive and welcoming service. The food was great, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.
This is a high rating. This what happened we got there the hostess tells us 35 minutes. I realized 20 minutes later she never took our name. Then Iwe placed our drink order they were out of the beer I drink. Ok, we ordered spinach and artichoke, they were out. Now it was about 7 o'clock. We order our food. I got a potato soup with my entre, my wife and salad. We were brought 2 potato soups that were not even Luke warm. They had to bring my wife a salad which she ordered. Then our food came out, my wife ordered a baked sweet potato. Her food came out. She got sweet potato fries with her steak. When I asked we were told that they were out. No one told us or gave her a choice. The manager came out which I didn't complain, he proceeded to tell us that he was going to give us 25 percent off. Like I said the rating is high for the experience that we had. I will maybe go back and if I do i just won't go with high expectations.

It was my 50th birthday and my kids wanted to take me out to eat some steak because I like steak shrimp. I wanted to cook at home but they convinced me to go out to eat at saltgrass . My daughters was paying so , in didn’t want to but after talking to a few friends saying ,let them take you out .” I’m like OK let’s go. I ordered. I think it was the New York State strip and my daughter’s order what they order and my son that was six year Some chicken fingers or whatever they call, my 20 year old son ordered chicken however, my daughter’s paying for their food. My oldest son paid for his food and my daughters paid my oldest daughter paid for my food and my six-year-old food since they’re treating. It took I would say 20 to 30 minutes to get our table and they also had made reservations. Since it was my birthday, I decided to have a beer so I asked if I can go to the bar and get a beer the hostess yes I went to get the beer eventually the told us our tables is ready. We ordered . It took a while for food to get there and they were still preparing my six-year-old food. I think he had some type of pizza or something. I’m not sure I forget however, my stake came out , It was cold and hard as the hostess was passing and asked how was the meal because she just seen me staring at it . I said it’s cold and hard. She’s like OK I’ll get a manager. The manager came and say, what’s the problem ? Sounding rude like or whatever, so I went to explain to him as I explained to the Hostess of that my mistake was cold and hard. He said , what you expect, you wanted it well done.”He proceeded to pick up the knife and fork and cut the steak as he was cutting a steak, you can hear the knife hit the plate really hard. He said it seems fine to me. I said man stay cold hard and it was cold. So he then go to say ,” let’s be a adult about this. Now I’m sitting the with my five kids because they’re treating me to my birthday. He said you might be drunk. I feel like he seen the beer , he can make whatever assumptions he want, but I didn’t distribute any intoxication.. I had one beer and it’s not even finished yet. It’s like less than halfway. Then he just goes to say I prefer you to leave. I do have a disability. I am disabled, so maybe he thought I was intoxicated because the way I was walking, but I only had not even a whole beer which I paid for at the bar. So instead of me getting outrageous or making a scene and I asked him what’s the problem and he said I just prefer you to leave and then he goes to say if you keep talking I’m gonna make you pay for the steak at this time I just got up and was starting to leave and I was telling my daughter not to pay for anything but she gave a card and I guess they took the amount off the card. That not only messed up the birthday meal. It caused the scene in the vehicle with my daughter, cause she was asking me what I did or what we did. The manager that did this, I gained to know his name was Aaron. He seems to be maybe 5’10” maybe I think he was a little taller than me, but he washeavy set so I don’t really know. He had a big mush ache. When I called the next day and asked about the manager that was on duty the only information they could give me that his name was Aaron and that they wanted my information so that he can contact me. I would never eat at this restaurant again. If someone else’s asking me about this restaurant, I will give them my experience. however, the hosts that was helping me or helping us with orders and drinks she was very Polite, courteous, and she appreciated our business. I believe she did a good job and gave good customer service. I forget her name.

I visit here frequently because I love the range rattlers and the Oscar topping on my NY strip. It never fails that im going to get cold Mash potatoes. For the price I pay $33.99 for the steak and additional $12.99 for the added topping $22.99 for my appetizer. Not even including my drinks. My entire meal should be hot. A server should never tell me well they hold it in a warmer mam. So imagine trying to eat your steak with no side. Just not happy at all

We had a TERRIBLE experience at Saltgrass tonight, primarily because of our waitress, Kaitlyn. She was extremely rude and made us feel rushed from the moment we sat down. We felt like she wanted us to hurry up, order, eat, and leave rather than actually enjoy our meal.
I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with a side of mac and cheese. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese came out cold and hard, which was extremely disappointing.
The food quality was already frustrating, but the service made the experience even worse. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is absolutely no reason for a customer to be treated rudely or made to feel like they are a bother.
We came to Saltgrass expecting a nice meal and a good experience, and unfortunately, we left very disappointed. I hope management addresses this because the service we received from Kaitlyn was unacceptable.
