  I love chicken pho so I got both white and dark meat. It was good but I found that the white meat was EXTREMELY dry. Almost un edible.

  I’ve eaten pho all over the United States. Even my mother in law that was from that country it originated from made it for me. This place is by far spot on with taste and everything. Thank you for this wonderful meal.

  Judgy and unprofessional servers. Went here with my boyfriend while they only had three other tables of only two people. They had two servers and the manager on the floor, we had our server greet us and about 5 min later a table of 6 walked in his attention went straight to them. Finally a different server took our drink order. After waiting over 10 minutes. When the bigger table walked in our server immediately took their drink order. We put in our drink order first yet they got their drinks first.. we ordered the same thing. Our server never checked on us yet the manager and the other server were. It was not that busy to have to juggle servers. I am a server too so I know the struggle it can be but I believe just because me and my boyfriend are young and only a party of two he prioritized the party table to a huge extent that we did not enjoy our first time visit. The manager took our food order and when we got it our server never checked on us until we were mid way done eating and it was only because I made eye contact with him other wise it looked like he was about to walk away. I am a server and I think it was because he believed we weren’t gonna tip well. I asked the manager if we could tip him instead but he said no. So with the service I got of course I didn’t tip well. Bad service bad tip. The guy taking care of us was a caucasian man with nose piercing. Other than the terrible service we received the food was mediocre. We normally go to Saigon noodles and food is better and so is the service. We aren’t coming back. Bad service. Felt judged just because we looked young and a table of 2. BAD SERVICE Edit: We noticed we were the only table being helped by different servers. Not the people next to us and certainly not the party of 6. So clearly not a misunderstanding the prioritization of tables was obvious. And if no one is assigned a specific table why isn’t that stated? Instead of the server greetings us with his name and claiming us as his table then never checking on us yet giving his time purely just to the other table… doesn’t make sense

  My family and I are regular customers at this restaurant, and we have always loved the food. Everything is usually very fresh and delicious. However, today was by far the worst service I have experienced in all my years of dining out. The male server—the skinny white guy—was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. I honestly don’t know what his problem was, but from the beginning to the end, he seemed unhappy and unpleasant for no apparent reason. Despite the terrible service, I still left him a 20% tip. When we were leaving, I even told him, “Thank you for your service.” He simply gave me a cold look and didn’t even respond. I would give the food 4.8 stars, because the food itself was still very good. Unfortunately, the server completely ruined the experience. This has been one of my favorite restaurants in Lafayette, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have never had such a negative experience with a server here before. Because of this, my family and I will unfortunately not be coming back again.
