- CCChelseyApr 18, 20261.0So.. apparently the new “standard” is to overcook the pizzas.. I order papa John’s very often and we are regular customers, however, we will not be going back for a while. I spent over $40 on pizza for my kids, and it all arrived with burnt tops & not good at all. When I called and spoke to the manager about this (very nicely explained that it was burnt), her response was “oh yeah, we recently increased cooking time standards so we have noticed that it is more crispy than before.”……. No offer to fix the pizzas or refund or remake and redeliver. I’m not one to ask for refunds, so I wouldn’t have demanded it… but I DO feel management should offer (at minimum) to remake the pizza more to our liking and redeliver it. So.. long story short… if your kids don’t like crusty brown cheese.. don’t order this.

The pizza dough was folded under the cheese and two Pepsi drinks were missing from the order. Staff were not friendly, and I noticed employees handling the register and then going back to making pizza without washing their hands. Another customer in front of me had his order messed up as well. Our family has been coming here for over 10 years, but unfortunately this experience was very poor. Lost our $ Cheaper employees will always hurt your business!!
