- AUAnonymous User2 days ago1.0I waited 30 minutes for my order at this Papa Johns on a homecoming Saturday during the lunch rush. There was only one employee working the entire store. They were clearly doing their best, but one person cannot run a homecoming lunch crowd alone. This is a management/owner scheduling failure. Homecoming is a predictable busy weekend—there is no excuse to schedule a single employee for that shift. Please fix your staffing so employees aren’t set up to fail and customers aren’t forced to wait half an hour.
- JCjohn C.Sep 4, 20261.0Is Papa John uses doordash to deliver their pizzas. The issue is they start making the order and it sits there and waits until a doordash delivery driver decides to pick up the order. You get your food cold, that was my experience. I think it's a horrible business model to use doordash to deliver your food which you expect to be delivered hot but you have no control over the delivery drivers. If I wanted to order doordash delivery I would have ordered it directly through doordash or another delivery app. I expect Papa John's to deliver the pizza with their own drivers who are employed by Papa John's. That is the only way you can make sure that the customer is getting service that Papa John's is known for. I will never order from Papa John's again. And that's bad because I love Papa John's, but the experience with this one has just turned me off.
