  HORRIBLE experience, and when I say horrible, I really mean it. The cashiers rather sit on their phones while vaping than taking the time to ring up orders. One cashier in particular belittled me after I mentioned that I had been charged twice for my order. She continued to tell me that I was wrong while I showed her the multiple charges on my bank account. She overall has a poor attitude and offers no kindness to any customers. The tables are also never cleaned, leaving customers with nowhere pleasant to sit. I had at least waited 20+ minutes for my order while the workers continued to joke around in the back; ignoring my order. If you want your time and money to be wasted, come to this business!

  Weird to see a pollo loco in Louisiana but it was just as good.

  First time eating here. The food is so delicious. Fresh and taste clean. It is not over seasoned where you can't taste the chicken. Love it. I highly recommend El Pollo Loco, and I will be going back.

  Took a while for anyone to come to the counter to greet me. Was told it would be a few minutes before it was ready so I went up the ladies’ room. No toilet paper available! Also there was water all over the floors as if there was a leak! My order was given to someone else before anyone realized it. Then, there were no napkins or salsa. Soda machine was flat and sweet tea was not available. Service was bad and the restaurant is in bad shape and not stocked. I’m disappointed as it is a 2 hour drive for me!

  La comida de este lugar es deliciosa, pero lastimosamente no es lo mismo con el personal de cajeros, se supone que tienen que aver dos cajeros pero uno estaba en supone descanso, llegue espere como 7 minutos a que me atendieran pero nadie me atendía y esto que ya me había visto, la otra cajera llamada payton le habló a la muchacha que estaba en su descanso para que me atendiera por qué ella no quiso atenderme, todo normal no quise verle el lado malo, pero después la muchacha se regresó a su descanso, y la cajera payton dejó ignoráda mi comida por 10 minutos, vino otro cliente y le dio la comida primero antes que a mí, cuando le dije que por qué le dio la comida primero a él antes que a mi lo único que me dijo es que le llamara a la manager para decirle, me quedé confundida por qué no entendí su actitud conmigo, primero mi ignoró, no me atendió, y ignoró mi comida, luego me contestó con su actitud lo cual yo no le había dicho nada malo, simplemente pésimo servicio de su parte.
