  I am writing this review to address a highly frustrating and unfair drive-thru policy enforced by management at this location. Today, I was waiting in line patiently when the drive-thru staff instructed a car that had just pulled up to cut directly in front of me. When I asked the employee about it, she politely explained that she was required by her manager to follow a mandatory "Z-pattern" protocol. To be clear, I do not blame the barista. She was exceptionally polite and simply doing exactly what her manager trained her to do. However, the policy itself makes zero sense and completely ruins the customer experience. The person who "cut" didn't even want to do it until they were explicitly directed to by the staff. A rigid zig-zag rule that completely ignores actual arrival times forces customers to be rude to one another and punishes people who have been waiting longer. Dutch Bros management needs to rethink this system it creates unnecessary tension in the parking lot and leaves a terrible taste in your mouth before you even get your drink.

  If I could rate this a 10/10 I would. Honestly, if I could rate this location a 100/10 I would do that instead. Everyone is so kind. They’re very efficient. They get you in and out and the drinks are always good. My favorite is always the staff. I’ve become somewhat of a regular and seeing my fave staff can cheer me up even on my worst days. They’re always so happy, smiling, and excited to talk. I cannot stress how much I love my Dutch location and my Dutch people. There is not a single person here I don’t love. In my opinion this location is everything that Dutch is supposed to be and I wouldn’t trade my location or the people here for anything. If yall are reading this I love yall 😸🫶🏻

  This b location is slow as hell. I’m currently waiting in the drive thru for 14 minutes now and they’ve served 3 cars. Figure it out DB

  The drive-thru situation at this location in Lafayette is ridiculous!! You can pull up in the lane and sit for 10 minutes and then a car will pull up in the second lane next to you and the emp will literally walk over to that lane first and not even pay attention to the fact you've been sitting there for 10 minutes on the opposite lane. It's almost every single visit they can't simply pay attention to who pulled up first. Not to mention what is it with the uniform policy at this establishment? They all look unkept raggedy and unprofessional. Makes me wonder just how nasty the inside must be.
