  It was my son’s bday and we went in with a party of 12 on a very busy evening. It was our waitress’ first night on the job and we did have a few hiccups along the way-food took a little longer to come out, we had multiple tickets that needed adjusting- (we were very patient with her) and each issue was taken care of amazingly and the manager Ali Santiago went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our night was fun and successful. We look forward to our next visit!!! Thanks again.

  Highly disappointed. Waited over 40 minutes for a waiter when we first got there. Other customers that were seated, were served almost immediately. The host just kept walking aimlessly l, avoiding eye contact with us. When we finally got a waiter, Jacob, he was the best! I over heard they were understaffed however it was pretty dead when we was there and Jacob was juggling orders, drinks, and customer service while the managers, lady and male, chatted with the lady host. Will definitely not be back. Very unprofessional and very rude staff. The bartender also looked like he was juggling a lot. If you go, tip Jacob well! He definitely deserves it!

  Decided to show up today beside they sent a text about a promo during the USA FIFA match. Made reservations and it took 30 minutes to get our drinks ordered. It’s a national soccer tournament and it was Literally 3 waiters working. Lu our waitress poor young lady was courteous but overworked. I actually told her go find another job. Nobody was aware of the promotion not the waitress, or the two managers. Everyone seem frustrated yet my family sat for a hour before getting drinks and food . Last order of food came 130 mins after sitting. Oh btw, ask for ranch take 20 minutes to come back . Never ever again!! And no one was concerned but Lu was very apologetic. Not to mention the manager sent someone home ummmm you are already understaffed maam. Did I mention we only was a table of 6 :/. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

  Went for Father’s Day. Got there was seated fairly quickly. Waitress came with in minutes whoever place our appetizer order and drinks was rushed. She kept say ing “It’s was crazy in here!” When our wings were brought to us one of the orders was very under cooked. Waiters took wings back to kitchen and spoke with manager who only came to our table with the new cooked wings and said nothing but “Here’s your wings” and walked away. Our waitress came back to get our entree order and as we ordered we were meet with “We’re out” “I can go check but I think we are out”. She went to check than I watched our waitress stop at 5 other tables before returning with “Sorry we are out”. I decided to speak to a male manager about this and his only response was “It was busy and we are out of food”. While waiting for the food I have to settle on I’ve watched staff walk around confused and hardly attending to any tables. When the chicken sandwich and hamburger arrived for some of our table the my were cold and 2 of us are still waiting on our food. The cups our drinks came in have chips in them. Thankfully we were given straws!!! I asked for a manager and 2 very wonderful manager came and we were told us the food we originally wanted they do have and were going to get it out to us. We’ve been to the Lafayette location before and enjoyed our visit. This time was very unsatisfactory until we spoke with the 2 female managers.

  We came from DeQuincy, La (hour & 45 minute drive) for my son’s bday. We arrived around 11 am & sat down. We were greeted by a server who was also tending to the bar (no problem, this happens at many places). The problem was that we did not receive refills for our drinks the whole time, our food took around a hour & a half (except the kids, those were prompt), and it was more like we were being served by another server who was assisting with getting our food out. Food was brought out all at different times and finally I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was nice, tentative to my needs, and very accommodating. We had still not got 2 peoples food by a hour and a half time passing. The manager asked what he could do for us and I told him our food and drinks to go. He comped me and another persons food to relieve the issues along with receiving the food and refills. The wings & fries were good, better than expected bc I didn’t eat until after my kids played games & we were headed home. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo pasta was not good, we did not expect tomatoes in it and the sauce was very peppered. Games were fun, my kids enjoyed themselves but restaurant side was not a good experience. Good environment. Everyone has off days, this was our first time here and well we may get food somewhere else next time & then go play games 🫠
