McKenzie was my server on today. She was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her customer service went above and beyond, and she made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit.

We enjoyed our time at Dave and Buster’s with family. We appreciated the staff checking on us, especially Ms. Donyetta. They made sure to take care of us!

Had a $300 bill and my food wasn't even worth that plus they charge u $55 for the all u can play but the kids can only get 1500 tickets on that card and everything is ridiculously high in the prize area... I ordered a medium cooked steak and it came out burnt on the edges but very raw to the middle it was horrible , our server didn't even really come see about us then when we got the bill I asked y I was charged so much for a certain meal when it was suppose to be cheaper because of the cards we purchased .. I feel like if u pay that much for ur food and game play they should deff have better tasting good and service . This isnt our first time having trouble when we go

McKenzie at Dave & Buster’s in Lafayette deserves to be studied by every server in America because the level of service she provided was absolutely ridiculous, in the best way possible. She was attentive, friendly, quick, and somehow appeared every time we needed something without ever hovering. Drinks stayed filled, food came out correctly, and she made the whole experience feel like we were VIP guests at a five-star resort instead of Dave & Buster’s. Honestly, somebody needs to promote her, give her a raise, name a section of the building after her, and hang her picture by the entrance. McKenzie didn’t just serve our table, she carried the entire establishment on her back.

I’ve been to other Dave and Buster’s and found it to be average but, in my most recent visit at the Lafayette location my server Mckenzie was exceptional! I will definitely be back just for her amazing hospitality and will to make customers happy. She was diligent and ensured my family was happy for the entirety of our visit. She even introduced us to the manager Ms. Donyetta, who also only elevated the experience, going above and beyond for us. If only there were more people like them across the company! I will definitely be back.
