  To summarize below, I was double charged on my tab due to a reoccurring system error, a known issue that has not been resolved for who knows how long. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS HERE!!!! Details below: On Labor Day (9/7) I’m at this bar with my friends having a great time. I get a drink and a flat bread- my total comes out to 22$ so my card is charged 22$. I tipped 5$ on my card and I understand it takes a minute for that to process so on the following Wednesday (9/9) my total changes to 27$ and the transaction moved from pending to completed. No big deal. Come early Friday morning at 1:18 am my transaction changes to 49$. Naturally I call to talk to a manager and he handled this conversation professionally and was sympathetic to my frustrations. But this is not the first time their system has charged someone for their original transaction again, hell it will even refund its mistake “sometimes”. He tells me on their side it says the correct amount but since it’s Friday it might not give the refund fast enough for me to see it before Monday. I don’t care if it’s 100$ or 5$ or 22$ no one should not be charged more than what is owned and tipped ever. It’s is further infuriating to find out that upper management is aware of this issue and has not resolved it. Making me question how many times this has happened, if it has happened at other locations, and how many times has the automatic refund not gone through and a guest was unknowingly stolen from. It’s unfortunate this has soured what was a nice night with friends. As of now I will not be a returning guest as they are not trustworthy of my money. If you do plan to go to this bar, bring cash so you don’t risk this.

  The bartenders are on top of it. Taking care of the customers expeditiously and with quality. Would recommend, pizza and chips and queso. Good vibes.

  This was a shock - the music was off the hook! Who knew a little corner bar in Crowley is so cool! Who ever the DJ is pretty talented. The crowd was friendly.
