I waited outside of the bathroom for about 10 mins and when i tried to open the door the lady inside the bathroom yelled at me. when she was finally done she came out and it was an employee that gave an attitude when she walked out. So rude and disrespectful

Worst part was attitude, tha cashier asked another person which I believed was supervisor and she didn't help at all, I end up paying extra stuff that I didn't request because I didn't want to charge my card 2 times and waited for refund. I won't be coming back is a shame

I’ve had several confrontations with the manager because I always get shorted on guacamole and if I do a online order, the items on the bowl are either completely wrong, I’m missing my sides or my order takes over an hour. I hate to say it but I won’t be going back after my last experience. I ordered online, food was estimated to take 30 mins, I get there at expected completion time, and it took another 30 mins. There was no one in the restaurant for it to take that long. Whoever is in charge of this location at a corporate level, please get this fixed, there’s a cava across the street that’s starting to steal your business
