I’ve been to this location multiple times with no issues, yes drive thru waits are long but they are usually also very busy in that regard. Last time I went in person, we almost drove away as the people taking drive thru orders were standing there talking despite us having pulled up to order. The next time we ordered (the most recent time), my bf had gone by himself and when he got home and I checked the bag, they had forgotten part of our order, a spicy sandwich. This at first was no big deal, as I understand things happen. I called simply looking for a refund, but the person on the phone (I believe was the manager) told me to come back anytime within the next month to get my sandwich. On a day where I had been out running errands, was tired, and couldn’t afford to spend more money than on the necessities, I went in to get the sandwich. A young lady helped me at the register and then I proceeded to wait a full 20 minutes before getting my sandwich, in which I had to get another employee’s attention for that to even happen. Multiple people had walked in after me, ordered, and walked out with their orders before this as well. They gave me a brownie as compensation but honestly, as someone who has worked only customer/food service jobs, I feel that 20 minutes for a single sandwich that I should’ve never had to go back to get is a rather absurd wait time. Employees have always been nice and the food has always been good, I just think this situation was handled rather poorly.
