I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and the cashier rings me up the plane spicy chicken sandwich and I call and speak to the manager and tell her that is not what I ordered and her reply was well they charged you for what you got. Not I am sorry you didn't get what you ordered and that she rang the order up wrong. Pretty much what she was trying to say was you got what you paid for who care was you wanted. And this is the first time I had a issue here that I come to on a weekly basis. Well if that's how I get treated I will take my business elsewhere 😡

This girl came to our window five times, we just kept seeing other orders pass us by. This branch needs a serious manager review. This is the worse service I have seen in a long time from here. I would recommend putting some numbers or vehicle descriptions in the system or even names somewhere behind the line. It took us 20 mins to get our food, it honestly should have been free. We won’t be back
