They accidentally made one of our drinks wrong initially. They were immediately super helpful in getting us the right one. I pulled back around and they immediately offered to make me a new one without charge, apologizing multiple times and getting the drink out to us super quickly.

First time trying coffee from here because of sugar free options. Ordered the new pumpkin blondie sugar free and unfortunately was disappointed. Could not taste the pumpkin, only slight vanilla but it mostly tasted like water with coffee milk added. Service was quick tho.

Today I was on my way to get my regular morning coffee before work, and i hit the curb and popped my tire, i pulled into the drive-thru and automatically this really nice guy his name was Nick came help me, he asked if i was ok and if i needed help. And with no hesitation he came out and changed my tire for me!! He was honestly amazing i don’t know what i would have done, because i can’t change a tire lol. But Nick if you see this THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

I quite enjoy the experience at 7 brew much more than other coffee house chains. I like the better selection and more options that are offered. I like that when I arrived there were several people outside to assist us. I was greeted by a young man, I believe his name was nick, who took my order. This young man was confident, knowledgeable, and stood firm that he could find me something I liked on this menu. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. My drink was amazing and I look forward to going back !
