  coffee actually taste like coffee and jot coffee milk. service is very well everyone is super friendly and talkative. overall recommend.

  I’ve been a 7 brew rewards customer since 2023 at a Baton Rouge location. I recently moved back to Lafayette and couldn’t wait to try this location. I arrived and found out I had a free bday drink! So I ordered a free smoothie for myself and paid for one for my mom. On our way home we start noticing something off with the smoothie (it was also a little more thinner compared to past ones). We move the straw around and notice these HUGE ROCKS OF ICE at the bottom of the drink. Due to the quality of the smoothie, I didn’t even drink half of it. I took pics of the ice bc this happened in the past at the BR location, I returned the next day, they apologized and gave me a free drink card for the inconvenience! When I returned to the Ambassador location, I explained the situation & the worker said “we only replace same day drinks”…. 🤨 basically implying I was supposed to turn around & use my personal gas to accommodate their mistake. She eventually called over the pink haired manager, I showed her pictures and her immediate response was an excuse of it not being blended enough. I asked her if I could get the drinks replaced, she said yes and asked what I wanted. I gave the 1st drink order and when I asked about the 2nd drink she basically told me she was only replacing one of them Lol. I was simply over it and wasn’t about to go back and forth. It was unusual enough behavior being that I’m so used to 7 brew locations cultivating an overwhelming amount of kindness & accountability. But this location clearly didn’t get the memo. I will not be visiting this ambassador location anymore. I’ll settle for dutchbros for now.
