  Ordered one drink. One. Not a complicated drink, just a soda, no modifications nothing. Waited over 15 mins for it after they already bumped the ticket off the order screen almost immediately after I ordered. Pressed the button again to see what was taking so long, and they said it’s about to come out now like it was a $50 food order that was taking awhile. Why is it just now about to come out if yall bumped it off the screen as delivered 15 mins ago?? They weren’t even busy. Fire them all at this point honestly, this isn’t the first time this crap has happened and won’t be the last smh.

  The last handful of times we’ve been here were disappointing. One visit we were waiting over 20 mins for 2 drinks and one blast. We finally pushed the button again to ask for an update and then they came right out with it in less than a minute. There’s no way they made 2 drinks and a blast in less than a minute, I know this bc I worked at sonic as a teen. And they weren’t busy. When we got the order the ice and icecream was melted. This confirms they were just standing around or doing whatever they were doing on the clock while our order sat there and melted. 2 other visits they gave us our order with items missing. One of those visits, I asked about the missing item and they said they’re out of it. Ok so why did you give me an incomplete order and just walk off while knowing you were out of something I ordered and not even bother to tell me?? Was I supposed to just pay for an item I don’t receive and just leave without you even bothering to tell me you’re out when you know you are out of it and you know you didn’t bring me the whole order?? That lacks a lot of common sense to me. Last time we went, we once again, like previous times, got handed icecream with melted sticky icecream all over the cup and the lid not even all the way closed. When I worked there, we were made well aware to wipe every single drink off as the fountain worker before we put it on the tray for the carhops. I do not want to grab a nasty sticky slippery cup from you. And then didn’t give spoons, and every time I say thank you when they bring the orders, they don’t even really reply or make eye contact, just walk off. They are rude, lazy, lack common sense, and just plain careless. I didn’t want to leave this review, but after enough times of these things happening that are easily avoided, I have to bc this is ridiculous at this point. Do better.

  Drinks were inedible. I mean actually tasted like cleaning chemicals, absolutely disgusting. My dad got an ocean water and I got a cherry limeade and both of them have the same horrible ammonia taste like someone poured cleaning supplies into them.
