    Came to pick up a mobile order and noticed the app charged me for something I was supposed to receive for free. The app instructed me to bring this up with the location who then refused to assist me, walking away from me mid sentence after stating the sonic app was a 3rd party.

    They put a bunch of plastic inside of my friends drink, and then try to gaslight her into thinking that it was her fault. The manager has an attitude problem and is extremely unprofessional. AVOID!!!

    The lady who brought my food was the best part.......... very well mannered. The shakes are great and the corn dogs are loved by my kid, but that isn't a very high bar.

    Service would have been better if a two year old would have done it! Three times the waitress came back and still didn't bring what was ordered. I tipped $5 and should have given the money to a homeless person ( they would have appreciated it more).
