I think the AC was broken. But it's still worth going. The guy are great and the food is even better. This is a must try if you haven't been here.

By far the absolute best Philly cheese steak I've ever head. I usually go back and forth between the original and triple cheese. Sometimes I'm really big back and get both. 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽

Stopped in on my way to a meeting and figured I'd take a chance. I'm originally from Philly, so my hopes are never high when I try a cheesesteak outside the city — but I was VERY happily surprised.
The meat was correct — if not chopped ribeye, something very close to it. Amoroso rolls, a key ingredient. But most importantly for me, they made a dressed cheesesteak the right way, with the lettuce and tomato UNDER the steak. Back home we call that a cheesesteak hoagie, and I can never get anybody outside Philly to do it. These guys did it without me even asking. Makes a world of difference.
Two very small criticisms from a Philly native: ketchup packs and something was slightly on the salty side. My humble suggestion — ask "salt, pepper, ketchup?" when taking the order, like they do at Larry's at 54th and City Line in Wynnefield. The ketchup spreads so much more evenly out of a squeeze bottle than packs. Especially when wrapped up. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Good job, guys — and thanks for bringing a real taste of Philly to NOLA!
I'll definitely be back!!

PS — To the reviewer(s) upset about no bell peppers: that's not an authentic cheesesteak thing. And don't sweat the Wiz debate — plenty of us back home order American or provolone. Wiz is more of a Pat's/Geno's tourist tradition (or a 3 AM after the bar move).
