  Ordered a chicken snack wrap with no cheese lettuce or ranch at the kiosk. When I get home and open the wrap, theres literally nothing on it..not even chicken. Just an empty tortilla wrap. Thats absolutely absurd lol. Also, I ordered 2 apple pies. They had a sticker on them that said "enjoy by 3:55 pm". It was 8:12pm when I got them. Needless to say they were disgusting. I live right by this mcdonalds, and go there multiple times a week. But I think this was the last straw for me. This was my only meal for the entire day, and it ended up being just a literal tortilla wrap with nothing on it, and 4 hour old apple pies. And ofcourse they dont give receipts. The kiosk is literally always out of paper. All I have is that paper with the barcode on it that they stick on the bag. I absolutely want my money back. And yes I reached out and opened a ticket. Haven't heard anything back yet. EDIT: so I got an email regarding the situation, no offer of refund. Just basically said theyll do better. Im not happy with literally being robbed. I opened up another ticket using the case number. Im not letting it go since things lime this have happened numerous times at this mcdonalds. They robbed me of probably over $100 at this point.

  It’s really zero stars for me. Straight trash — like y’all just refuse to get it right. I pull up to the drive-thru, place my order, and by the time I get to the window I’m questioning if I was supposed to be taking the order instead of them, because they still don’t know what I asked for. Then I order an Oreo McFlurry — and mind you, it’s like $4 now, but whatever — and they hand me a cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a light sprinkle of Oreos sitting on top like it’s decoration. No blending, no effort, just vibes. One scoop in and the Oreos already gone. Like be serious 😭

  Shake machine down again! Either get working equipment or remove items from menu. Shake machine is NEVER OPERATIONAL
