  Waffle fries were burnt. Something claiming to be Belgian blueberry waffles we're definitely not Belgian and certainly not blueberry. Waffles were very small, with a handful of blueberries thrown in the to-go container. For $12???? No syrup, no powdered sugar.

  This is one of my favorite spots in Kenner. They have an amazing lunch selection, and the staff is always friendly.!

  I tried, but I received no customer service, so here we are. I ordered eggs the way I like them and received them the way they like them; it was supposed to be three eggs, but they gave me one. Also, I ordered grits with cheese for $1.50, but it came with no cheese. The grits were not cooked properly, had hard grains, and were inedible, so I threw the whole plate away. I paid $26.00 for this poor meal; I could have cooked something better myself for that price. I called and explained the problem, but they told me Uber should fix it. Uber did not resolve it, so I called back three times, but no one answered. It is 7:24 p.m., they close at 8:00 p.m., and they are still not answering. I also called at 8:00 a.m. with no response. Now I am out of money and food because I was charged for something I did not receive. Please do better. cause who orders 2 peace’s of bread and one egg for $26 smh .. I’m not ordering from here again

  I really loved this place but unfortunately today there was a puddle of water right in front of the cash register where the customer orders. I’m not saying a splash. This puddle was maybe 3ft long. A gentleman told the barista with pigtail braids there was a puddle… her response was “yes sir the cooler leaks”, to which my mother told her that it should be cleaned before someone slips…. Her response was “I’m making drinks at the moment I’ll get to it when I can” it felt very passive aggressive … hazards come before drinks. That’s not an okay response. One fall can change someone’s entire life. We left. 3 elder ladys followed in as we were leaving, due to the dim lighting and just a fear for a bad slip and fall we warned them on the way out. I hate leaving bad reviews but this negatively impacted us.
