- BBBApr 20, 20221.0I am almost speechless. 8:30pm 04/20/2022 my husband went in to place our order in person. I wanted the Buffalo Chicken wrap. The female working asked what kind of meat... on a Buffalo CHICKEN wrap. Then did not understand how to make the chicken Buffalo. My husband had to point it out to her on her own menu and explain you just toss the chicken in Buffalo. I haven’t eaten subway in years, and have never worked there and I could make the sandwich. Since they couldn’t figure that out I had to change my order to something I didn’t even want just because it was something they knew how to make. Then came my daughters order (keep in mind there are only like 3 kids options on the menu) we ordered a Black Forest ham mini. The clerk tried putting on roast beef. We had to correct her. Then comes my husbands order a subway melt, again she tried putting the wrong meat on the sandwich. We had to walk out because we were constantly correcting her even though she was looking at her instruction menu. Seriously if all your employees know how to make is a roast beef sandwich then please limit your menu and stop wasting peoples time and gas to get to your store. If this was just a new employee that has no brain cells then at least do us the courtesy of putting her on after the lunch rush and before dinner.
