But if you're going to be the person outside, you can't be running your mouth with every member and then forgetting that everybody else is in line trying to order breakfast. And then take your time to rotate the sign while people are waiting to order within the time frame is really crazy and then have to ask permission to see if we can to order breakfast still. Do better.

The employee I believe was named Andrea provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I interacted with her. I understand that everyone has bad days, but there is a basic level of professionalism and courtesy that customers should be able to expect, and that standard was not met. In fact, I downloaded this review platform specifically because of how disappointing this experience was. I have never filed a review in my life, positive or negative, but this interaction left such a negative impression that I felt it needed to be documented. I don't know who supervises her, but I strongly believe additional customer service training is needed. No customer should be treated the way I was during this visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure future customers have a better experience than I did.

I order online from here often, my order is often slightly incorrect and often takes >15 minutes of waiting in line. Today my order took long, came out with this unidentified object inside of a breakfast bowl, and came with no napkins or utensils. I realize I sound so particular about this, but Chick Fil A usually provides such a high level of service, and this location has consistently fallen short. Still, I won’t go lower than 3 stars because after all I’m ordering fast food and don’t want to act like fast food should be held to fine dining standards. Just maybe we could speed up the mobile order lines and not put gross stuff in the food.
