  The staff that was there were great, but theyre ibviously short handed. I ordered a steak sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, it smelled like chemical. One bite told me why. Their cooking oil is very old, on the verge of rancid.

  This place is absolutely horrible. All three times I’ve been there. There can be not a single person at the drive-through or the stations and you will wait forever to get your food. The employees are so rude and they act like you placing an order is the biggest inconvenience I will not be returning. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my order. I called them back to ask them where my order was and they said they never had my order placed. They can keep that money. I’d rather leave a piss poor review.

  Horrible service each time I go. They pick the WORST workers. Music blaring inside. They don’t give a single care at all and how does it take 30 minutes to get a wrap and a drink? While waiting you can see them slowly making the other orders but it’s a shame because while they are doing that the cars behind me are all leaving sonic because they take so long and the workers show ZERO WORK ETHIC Yea give me a dumb little comment under my review saying how sorry yall are and how I can contact someone. but do literally nothing about it because it’s only got worse and worse over the years. Instead of just saying words to attempt to deescalate do the action to actually make the place work. Right now it’s pure crap tbh and each manager over there hasn’t done their job at all just wanna be bffs with workers
