  They really sucked .. whoever did the sonic blast like really sucked.. i got a medium receses blast not even in the middle of the cup they filled it ip with icecreamm.... lazyness .. and we order a medium fries literally filled like a small fries...

  My first 5 start review, and sonic in Haughton has earned it. Every fast food restaurant is going to mess up your order, and this sonic did that. I got home- order was wrong. So I made a call up there and spoke briefly to who I assume was the manager and she immediately apologized and told me when it was convenient I could stop back by and they would remake it. No hassle, no fuss, no fight, my right order on my time. Every other business in Shreveport bossier Haughton would simply not care, offer no resolution, or tell me theyd allow me to receive my missing ingredients if I returned my food. (Because I’m gonna drive back up there to get an ingredient or two for my burger right?) this sonic has showed they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing high quality service. They’ve earned my business for a long time. Thank you sonic.

  I ordered the meal deal, paid with card but gave a cash tip. Service was fast although the tots and chicken nuggets were hot the burger was cold as ice. Very disappointing

  Every time I visit, they claim their ice cream is down. I will stop checking if its fixed at this point.

  Just want to take the time to shoutout the manager. I’m big on customer service and how things are handled and Candice is an excellent person who truly exemplifies how individuals in management positions should operate had a small problem with my order and corrected it immediately apologized and corrected the previous staff member I just want to commend her on her attitude phenomenal thanks for everything!
