  50 minutes for chicken tenders, that is insane, i arrived shortly before a lunch rush and parked in a stall, they were quick to take my order but that was it i then proceeded to wait 40 minutes before hitting the button again, having to wait a few minutes for them to answer and then finally asking "hey whats going on wheres the food its been 40 minutes" they apologized and said they would take care of it. 10 minutes goes by and the finally bring the food, only they brought no sauce and the person to take the order acknowledged my drink order but never actually rang it up, so wouldnt you believe it i had to wait even longer to finally get the rest my order. The other very frustrating part was sitting the for 50 minutes in a stall and watching the drive through continue to be served despite arriving after myself and multiple other people waiting in other stalls. This experience has been the worst sonic experience ive ever had

  This sonic appears to be struggling with a staffing issue. I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order last weekend and ended up canceling my order. Today my husband went by himself because I refuse to go back, he waited 40 minutes for his food and they didn't bring his drink out. He waited another 20 minutes for his drink. If you don't have the staff to operate then you should not be open.

  Bad experience. Got there, one car with one person in front of me in the drive thru. Took a long time for my order to be taken, then when food came out I gave my card to the server, they kept it for several minutes. The server came back to the window and I told her she still had my card and she only then ran it and gave it back to me. My Dr. Pepper was flat so I asked to exchange it for another drink. They gave me an upsized drink, no problem. Started my drive and opened my chicken sandwich and low and behold, short black coiled hairs on my sandwich. The whole ordeal took over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Also- both my drinks came out with soda all over them. Very disappointing from start to finish. The only good thing I will say is the drink exchange upsize.

  We ordered a number 10, a number 11 and a kids meal along side with large mozzarella sticks. We sat there for over 15 minutes. We watched multiple people get their food orders before us even though they showed up after. We watched our order disappear from the screen and get replaced with “press the red button to activate.” Will never be going back to this location. Horrible service, originally pulled up to the drive thru and told to pull to the window before I could even decide what I wanted. Then they had attitude.
