  I love that this place is very close to where I live, it's very convenient and the quality of the food is standard for the level of workforce we have in caddo/bossier. My primary issue is in the training of the workers. There's been different crews every few months yet they all share the same problem: they never acknowledge customers when they enter to pick up their order. I can understand if you're busy finishing up a pizza or refilling a container of wing sauce, but a simple "hey, we'll be with you in a moment" would be better than openly being ignored even after making eye contact. One could say this is as basic as basic service gets yet it either escapes the workers or management tells them to ignore people when they come inside. Doesn't help that the cord for the drive thru that's supposed to alert staff when someone pulls up never works. Gotta give a honk to let them know you're there or hope they glance your way when they put orders in their pickup bags.

  Worst pizza I’ve ever had!!! not sure why my whole pizza had less toppings than a taco and most of the sauce was near the crust like the person who made was penny pinching on the ingredients i ordered the new hand tossed and my pizza was thinner than a dollar and all it was really worth and the girl at the register over charged me like I don’t know how to count supposed to be 10 dollars but I spent 13.51 and she kept staring at me hoping I wouldn’t mention anything but if she needed three dollars I would’ve gave it to her for better service I asked for Alfred sauce but it was unavailable and my three year old who loves pizza she didn’t even finish one slice said it was making her sick so I called and asked to speak to the manager and the person I spoke to started asking me personal information and girl at the register didn’t realize that I’m a business owner and a food critic not a normal customer I’m a truck driver with a child with me might be the last time I ever eat Pizza Hut definitely that one needless to say hard to believe they are still in business after this now I could get better at Walmart for less unfortunately they closed before I got there I wouldn’t feed this to a dog they should be ashamed of themselves

  I just got a small pizza, an order of apple sticks and a dr pepper I told them I didn’t want 34 dollars delivered finally ! My pizza was hamburger black olives and bell pepper my pizza had not one single piece of hamburger on it not even one !!!

  I used tap to pay inside at the counter. The cashier reached across and pressed a button. At the time, I thought she was being helpful. When I got back home, I noticed my charge was actually more than it was supposed to be. I did the math and it was an extra 20 % tip that I did not authorize. I immediately called the store and I was offered a refund. I also asked to speak to her supervisor. She was the supervisor. I went later and received my refund from a different employee. I asked again for a contact number of someone over that location. I was told they could not give me any contact information. This is completely unacceptable. The quality of food was horrible as well.

  Horrible service!! Placed an online order just for the app to crash not receiving confirmation or anything. Called store and said they received the order. Waited 1.5 hours for it to be delivered and no one showed up. Called the store for a refund and I better receive it!!
