  Horrible service!! Placed an online order just for the app to crash not receiving confirmation or anything. Called store and said they received the order. Waited 1.5 hours for it to be delivered and no one showed up. Called the store for a refund and I better receive it!!

  Service is absolutely 0 stars. Takes 30 minutes to be able to just place an order in the store. 3 different people asked me if I was picking up or placing an order and all 3 walked away after hearing i needed to place an order. Refused to take my order without providing a phone number. Worst service ever. At least the food is kind of okay

  So I usually don't complain about food places. I order my food at 5:28 pm did not receive my food until almost 6:15 will be my very last time coming here. I was half way to bossier when I ordered this food and I am very very disappointed in this pizza hut. The manager on duty just complained about everything and yelling while customers in the store

  Good food that was fast and hot and a nice delivery driver but I dont like the fact theres an outsourced call center in a different country for this place that couldnt understand me and almost ended up costing me more money.

  I was placing the order online in the parking lot and when I got to the checkout it was like my service disappeared so I went inside and was starting to order it and then it pops back up on my phone she was already in the process of taking my order so I just pulled my phone up to show her what I'd ordered online and just had it paid for yet... Since she had already begun ringing me up I was just going to let her finish out my order instead of completing it on line however when I tap my card it was $10 more than it actually was online and I asked her why and she said well it cost more if you come in the store well if I had known that or have had she told me that beforehand I would have not tapped my card I would have completed my online order feel like it was a little bit rude and then the pizza was absolutely the worst piece I've ever had in my life I don't know what kind of crust they used she didn't ask me what kind of wanted online I had picked a certain one but that was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life and had to pay $10 extra!!!
