- XWXenny- WiseApr 9, 20261.0Trash , you people should close this place down it’s a joke . First of all I eat at many steak restaurants and this place is ridiculous. Not returning for a piece of meat that was obviously cut and left under a heat lamp that had a bulb blown , because the Au Jus was cold , Rib cold , potatoes cold …. Horrible , oh yeah a piece of red meat the size of a business card and the rest well done was my medium rare order that was given to me. Trash and I never leave reviews but for what I spent there I could of just went to a real steak house with chefs that care about what they send out the kitchen , not a guy behind a heat lamp that obviously wasn’t trying to cut to order . I managed buffets , restaurants, etc.. if a food critic would visit Nola Steak everyone would be fired . I guessed they scooped the potatoes out a pan that was not well heated . Oh and the oysters lol wow I literally scraped them off the shell and had to spit some grains out from the shell in the cold melted cheese . You get bread but to dip it in what ? Maybe the chefs need to visit Dragos or Seawitch to learn how to cook chargrilled oysters because burned and cold and not recognizing if it’s a shell with canned oysters that they are serving to the public but idk everything but the oysters are not supposed to be dry and sticking to the shell. I’d rather drive to the silver slipper or Cesar’s next time for a meal than return here .

WHEN I TELL YOU CARINA THE MANAGER WAS SO GREAT AND WENT OVER HER JOB TO HELP US TO EAT FOOD. THE HOST RAYNIKA MADE US FEEL DO WELCOME HER SMILE LIGHT UP THE ROOM.THE BAR SERVICE 🍸 REAGAN WAS THE BEST AT HER JOB. REALLY ENJOYED FOOD AND SERVICE.
