While pricing is higher than standard fast food, the value becomes clear through portion sizes and overall food execution. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, a medium Cajun fries, and a Coca-Cola. My dad ordered the same meal with grilled onions added to his burger. My double bacon cheeseburger scored a 9.8/10—fresh, juicy, and well-balanced with crisp bacon, melted cheese, and a strong made-to-order flavor profile. My dad’s burger, enhanced with grilled onions, delivered a deeper sweet and savory profile and rated a 9.6/10. The Cajun fries were hot, well-seasoned, and served in a generous portion that continues to add strong value to the meal. For dessert, we had a medium chocolate shake with extra chocolate, which was thick, creamy, and rich in flavor. The shake had a deep chocolate taste and smooth texture that made it feel like a true dessert-level item. It earns a 9.8/10 for flavor, thickness, and overall quality. Special recognition goes to Keon (K-E-O-N) for excellent front counter service, and Alex, the fry cook, along with the entire Five Guys staff for delivering a smooth, professional, and five-star experience from start to finish.   ​My wife ordered the double bacon cheeseburger, while I opted for the double cheeseburger; both were prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients and served alongside their signature generous portion of fries. To complete the meal, she enjoyed a banana milkshake and I had the strawberry banana blend, both of which were rich, creamy, and highly recommended. ​Despite the restaurant being active, our wait time was a mere eight minutes, showcasing an impressive level of efficiency in the kitchen. The combination of high-quality food and attentive service makes this Manhattan Blvd location a standout choice for anyone in the Harvey area.

  I am pretty sure it was the same crew there from Shesho Xtmas's review because they have the exact same attitude and tone. This place is hit or miss; tonight was such a ridiculous experience we will be going to the one in Elmwood from now on. They need to weed out the weak links in their staffing.
