    Normally my service is fine, however today was different. It's storming and I ordered 30 minutes before arriving and sat in line for 10 minutes. Once my payment was taken, the manager tells me to park and allow 10 more minutes. Which meant I had to get across Manhattan in street flooding to come around to park and wait another 10 minutes to get back in the drive thru. I called and asked to be refunded. The manager gave no empathy, was rude and told me she can't keep up with all the orders then rushed me off the phone. Poor customer service for management.

    I ordered delivery and didn’t get my food until an hour and thirty minutes later and I have no option for a refund . This is very unprofessional I even tipped through the app and got terrible service
