The ordering system showed there were still about 12 minutes left to order, accepted our order, charged our credit card, and gave us a pickup time of 9:52 PM. My husband arrived around 9:45 PM to pick up our food, only to find the restaurant completely closed and locked up. If you decide to close early, then your online ordering system needs to be turned off. You should not be accepting orders, charging customers, and giving confirmed pickup times when no one is even going to be there to fulfill the order. After this happened, I looked through some of the other reviews and saw complaints about the restaurant unexpectedly closing early before, so apparently our experience wasn’t an isolated incident. This is just unacceptable customer service. If your system accepts my money and tells me my food will be ready at 9:52, I expect the restaurant to actually be open at 9:52.
